To All Members of Lympstone Tennis Club

We are trialling a booking system that senior members may use if they wish to play at a particular time. Whilst the scaffolding is around the VH Committee Room, a calendar will be displayed on the notice board facing the car park and members may call at the club during club sessions to book a court. We would stress that this is not intended to replace the "turn up and play" procedure which works very well, it is just an option for those members who may want to play at a specific time.
Our next senior doubles tournament will be held on Saturday 14 August at 2pm, followed by a barbecue if weather permits. Please sign the notice inside the club house regarding barbecue food and come and join in.
A new course of senior coaching will begin on Thursday 5 August. Please get in touch with Suki on 269989 if you want to book a place.
With such lovely summer weather and during the summer holidays, there are sure to be lots of opportunities to play tennis, so we would just like to remind members of the following: Only members and their signed in visitors may use the courts and a list of members is now attached to the gate. Visitors may play with members, but should complete a visitors' slip and pay the appropriate fee. Juniors should not use the courts without an adult present. Please make sure you lock the court after use, as on a few occasions recently the padlock has been left undone.
